Return Policy

In accordance with OUG 34/2014 regarding consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally cancel the contract, by paying only the return postage fees, within 14 working days from receiving the product, without penalties and without providing any reason.

If the Buyer cancels the purchase according to the clause above, it is mandatory to return the product exactly in the condition it was delivered, that is, in its original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation it was delivered with, and in perfect working condition. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer does not have the right to request a refund of the price. The product must be returned to the headquarters of JD Systems SRL, at the Buyer's sole expense. The refund to the Buyer will not be made before receiving the product and confirming from JD Systems SRL that it is in its original packaging, unused, with all the documentation it was delivered with, and in perfect working condition.

According to the ordinance, products that are prone to deterioration or expiration quickly are excluded from return.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
