Delivery Policy

Product delivery is carried out exclusively through express courier, to the address specified in the order form.

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, depending on the order volume and product availability. The estimated delivery time is 3–14 working days from the confirmation of the order, depending on the recipient's location.

In the unlikely event that the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and send us photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
