Warranty Policy

All products sold through our store benefit from the legal conformity warranty, in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 regarding the sale of products and associated guarantees.

Warranty Duration

The products come with a 2-year legal conformity warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any non-conformity that exists at the time of delivery and manifests within two years.

What is Non-Conformity?

Non-conformity occurs when:

• The product does not match the description presented in the online store (dimensions, colors, materials, etc.);

• The product has manufacturing defects or damage not caused by improper handling;

• The product is not suitable for the usual purpose for which it would normally be used.

What is NOT Covered by the Warranty?


The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:

• Improper handling or installation;

• Storage in unsuitable conditions (e.g., excessive humidity, prolonged direct light, extreme temperatures, etc.);

• Hitting, scratching, or other mechanical actions unrelated to the manufacturing process;

• Unauthorized interventions on the product.

What Should You Do If the Product Has an Issue?

• If you notice any problem related to the product’s conformity during the warranty period:

• Send us an email at contact@bitsplash-store.com with a description of the issue;

• Attach relevant photos of the product and packaging (if applicable);

• Mention the order number and date of purchase.

We will review the situation as soon as possible and inform you of the proposed solution.
